Our team is dedicated to working with players and their families to assist them through their career development, wheter the client is established hockey star or young promising player. We advise and assist with training, skills development, nutrition and mental preparation. Educate athletes and families on their options and best path for succes, no matter the desired outcome.

With player’s goals and expectatios set out, we will work to find the most suitable place. We speciallize in European professional leagues and top junior leagues in North America and Europe.
TRAINING & NUTRITION
In order to maintain strong and consistent performance durinug long hockey season, it is important that athletes understand their body’s unique needs to optimize both performance and recovery. We partnered with specialist in the field to ensure that our clients understand how to take care of their body’s. Our goal is to get players in best shape possible.
MENTAL PREPARATION
Important part of our job is assisting with a player’s emotianal growth. With our sport psychology knowledge we help clients better deal with pressures that accompany high expactations. Right mindset helps to build consistency and improve overall well-beeing.

Playing as a goalie at different levels in Slovakia, Finland and Sweden helps me build a quality net of contacts. An invaluable experience in a very determined environment that allowed me to deal with both success and adversity as well as teaching me the importance of hard work to be successful.
My goal is to provide each player with the best opportunity available and assist in making a right decisions. I always had strong support from my parents and family, thru which I understand how important it is to have someone who can guide and be there for players.

I am at the position of conditional coach and also take care of Our athletes nutrition. Based on stats from entry test I am able to make a individual strength-condition plan for each client. I am providing also nutritional plans and also protocols for flexibility, mobility, etc.
I worked for Slovakian hockey club HK Trnava, where I was in charge of men team and junior teams. I completed an internship in Czech Republic at team VHK Vsetín. Beside ice hockey I work with clients from different sports, such as skiers, football and basketball players.
I completed university FTVŠ UK in Bratislava and own these certificates: Squad school/ School of weightlifting/ FMS 1,2/ Feet- diagnosis and correction/ Planeat- innovation in personalized nutrition/ Physiotherapy/ Yoga/ Kinesiotaping
